What are your Store Hours?
We're available 8am-5pm Monday thru Saturday.

Some sites do not take phone calls. They say it enables them to keep their prices low. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. What is your Phone Policy?
This is one of the major differences between us and some of the other parts sites. We do not make you choose between customer service and price. We realize that sometimes you need answers right away. Feel free to call us during our store hours and we'll be happy to talk with you. Whether you e-mail us or phone us, you will always pay the same low price and receive the same great service.

What is a "VIN Number" and where do I find it?
Your VIN Number is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is 17 digits long and can be found on the metal plate on the top of the dash on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on the driver's side inside door pillar. You will also find it on your Vehicle Registration, Title, Owners Card, and Insurance Card.

Why do you need my VIN Number?
The VIN Number is necessary, and sometimes the only way, in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the VIN Number we can identify every production option for your vehicle.

Do you sell Genuine OEM parts?
Yes, we sell brand new, Genuine OEM Factory parts. Parts that are OEM approved as a substitute or replacement option are clearly stated.

Do you have my part in stock?
We have a large on-hand inventory, and most parts and accessories are available to us overnight. We also work with a network of warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will first let you know and then find one for you as quickly as possible.

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, but you must contact us immediately as we may have already begun to process your order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, but you must contact us immediately as we may have already begun to process your order.

How long before my order ships?
In stock orders ship within 24 hours.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We only ship within the United Sates at this time.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express over the phone, Paypal for online orders.

What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred method of shipping is Ground. FedEx, UPS, and USPS all give excellent service and are extremely reliable.

What if I need my part faster?
Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them.

What is your return policy?
Please contact us with details for your return. All returns must be in condition to re-sell with packaging original and intact. The part must be in it's original package.

We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We can not take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet our above return criteria.
